Spread the base sauce onto the toasted pita. Place pizza toppings onto the pita bread and toast in the oven. Be sure to include lots of veges and if you’re after a gluten free option be sure to buy gluten free pitas.

1 cup Red Cabbage
½ cup Grated Carrot
½ cup Red Capsicum
½ cup Yellow Capsicum
½ cup Cherry Tomatoes – halved
¼ cup Fresh Parsley
Optional: Mint, Feta, Shredded Chicken, Stir-fry Beef,
Dressing: Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper
Mix all salad ingredients together. Add any optional extras. Squeeze fresh lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper over top and enjoy.
